Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the PhoenixCore OS information website at https://phoenixcoreos.ritualforgelabs.com (the "Site").

1. Operator

The Site is maintained under the trade name RitualForge Labs. PhoenixCore OS is a project developed under the RitualForge Labs brand, not a separate legal entity. Contact: info@ritualforgelabs.com. A legal entity is in the process of being established; company details will be published after registration.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational. It presents PhoenixCore OS — an operating system in active development. The Site is not a shop; it does not offer sales, subscriptions, software downloads or online services, and it contains no offer to enter into a contract.

There are currently no publicly available preview or test versions. Interface images and wallpapers are design materials and may differ from the future product. If test versions are made available in the future, this will be under separate terms.

The original texts, visual identity (including the phoenix symbol and logo), wallpapers, icons, interface design and our own software components are protected by copyright and/or trademark law.

Permitted: viewing the Site, sharing links to it and quoting briefly with attribution.

Not permitted without prior written consent: reproducing or distributing the visual identity, logo and images for commercial purposes; using them in a way that suggests a connection, partnership or endorsement by us.

6. Open-source software

PhoenixCore OS is based on Debian GNU/Linux and other open-source components, each distributed under its own licence (for example the GNU GPL and others). These terms do not restrict or replace the rights any recipient has under the licences of those components. Our own developments will be licensed under terms announced when they are distributed.

Debian, Linux, KDE, Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Thunderbird, StampIT, BORICA B-Trust and other names are the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them describes compatibility or technology foundations and does not imply partnership, endorsement or certification.

7. Inquiries and commercial contact

Inquiries, including commercial ones, should be sent to info@ritualforgelabs.com. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract. Future licensing or services will be provided only under a separate written agreement.

8. Acceptable use

Not permitted: attempts to compromise the security or operation of the Site; automated scraping that burdens the server; presenting the content in a misleading way.

9. Availability and external links

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or parts of it. Links to external websites (including https://ritualforgelabs.com) lead to resources with their own terms.

10. Liability

The Site is provided for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules in favour of consumers.
